  My experience was horrible. I had to sit for over 2 hours for the lady to attempt to activate my preordered phone that came in, and she did not know what she was doing what so ever, and even after sitting there for over 2 hours, I had to call verizon customer service and activate my new phone myself because she didn't do it correctly. I will may the drive to claypoil hill verizon from now on. Pathetic.
